Chief People Officer

Beth Rubino became Chief People Officer of the QVC Group in December 2017. In this role, Beth is responsible for overseeing the QVC Group’s global efforts in People Strategy and Experience, Total Rewards, Talent Planning and Acquisition, People Portfolio and Operations, and Communications and Community. Beth’s team fuels business growth, further enhances QVC Group’s corporate reputation, and inspires operational excellence by attracting, developing, and retaining the best and most diverse talent in the industry, communicating with integrity to all stakeholders, and giving back to communities around the world.

Beth previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for QVC, Inc. Other positions held during Beth’s QVC, Inc. career include Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Workplace Services for the U.S. market; Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Services; and Director of Human Resources Operations and Services.

Beth joined QVC, Inc. in 1995 as Director of Human Resources Training and Development.

Prior to joining QVC, Inc., Beth served as General Manager of the Philadelphia call center for PECO Energy. She also served as the Director of Training, Management and Organization Development for PECO Energy.

Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Ursinus College and her master’s degree in organizational development and training from St. Joseph’s University. Beth also received a certificate from the executive development program at the Harvard Business School. Beth is passionate about leveraging talent, culture and values based leadership as the competitive advantage for the QVC Group’s global enterprise.
