Chief Interactive Experience Officer
Mary Campbell became Chief Interactive Experience Officer for the QVC Group in December 2017. In this role, Mary leads a team responsible for driving QVC Group’s ongoing transformation as one of the world’s largest multiplatform retailers — expanding marketing programs to reach new segments of consumers, creating new forms of live and dynamic content, and developing next-generation digital and interactive platforms.
Mary previously served as Executive Vice President, Commerce Platforms for QVC, Inc. She and her team were responsible for leveraging the unique capabilities of TV, web, mobile, tablet and social – while translating the QVC, Inc. brand across all platforms to drive customer engagement and sales. Under Mary’s leadership of Commerce Platforms, QVC, Inc. achieved the largest television reach, ecommerce and mobile penetration, and customer base in its history.
Since joining QVC, Inc. in 1991, Mary has held various positions across the Merchandising, Planning and Commerce Platforms functions. She has worked to identify and attract several strategic brands and concepts to QVC, Inc.
Prior to QVC, Inc., Mary spent five years with Target in merchandising.
Mary is widely recognized as a leader in video commerce, ecommerce and social commerce. Her honors include: the Cablefax 100 and the Cablefax Most Innovative People in Multiscreen in 2017, Cablefax’s 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014 Most Powerful Women in Cable, Philadelphia Business Journal’s Tech Disrupters in 2017, Multichannel News’ Women to Watch in 2016, and Main Line Today’s 2015 Power Women.
Mary earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Connecticut State University.
