Customer Service Team Brings Home the Silver from Stevie Awards

For the fourth year in a row, QVC’s U.S. Customer Service team has been recognized by the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, this time with silver awards in e-Commerce Customer Service and Customer Service Department of the Year for Retail.

The Stevie Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. In this year’s U.S. competition, more than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated.

QVC is always raising the bar on the customer experience to surprise and delight customers and exceed expectations. According to the 2017 Temkin Experience Ratings, QVC ranks #1 among retailers and #8 overall for customer experience.
