Consumers Name QVC a Customer Service Champion
Based on a consumer survey conducted by Prosper Insight & Analytics, QVC has been ranked #9 on the annual list of Customer Service Champions alongside several other prominent retailers. This list was developed from a write-in vote from more than 6,000 U.S. consumers in September 2015 and weighed by each retailer’s relative size in annual revenues as well as its fan base.
The Customer Service Champions ranking seeks to unveil retailers that have evolved traditional shopping into a more increasingly digital and over the phone experience. In addition to QVC, this year’s list includes (in order) retailers L.L.Bean, Amazon, Nordstrom, Kohl’s, Lands’ End, REI, Zappos.com, JC Penney and Macy’s.
