An Inside Look at What’s Cooking on QVC2, with Host Mary DeAngelis

Foodies across the US are enjoying three more hours of QVC kitchen fun each week, thanks to host Mary DeAngelis and the relaunch of QVC’s second channel, QVC2.

Every Saturday afternoon, from noon to 3 p.m., Mary joins foodies for In the Kitchen with Mary, QVC’s newest hit, which airs on QVC2, on QVC’s website and apps, and on Facebook Live. Mary chats with culinary experts, shares easy-to-prepare recipes, and showcases her latest finds in cookware, appliances, kitchen tools, gourmet food and more. Throughout the broadcast, foodies interact live with Mary and her guests via Facebook, Instagram and phone. Then, they join Mary for a brief “after show” on Facebook Live.

In the Kitchen with Mary is the latest show in QVC’s popular “In the Kitchen” franchise. In the Kitchen with David, hosted by David Venable, has aired twice weekly on QVC’s main channel for many years. Mary joined David’s show five years ago as a social correspondent.

“I’m thrilled about all the positive feedback on In the Kitchen with Mary — it’s my first solo gig as a QVC host, and I just love talking with our foodies,” Mary said.

The air time for In the Kitchen with Mary was created by the relaunch of QVC2, which doubled the number of live hours on the channel.  QVC2 features live shows Monday-Friday from 6 p.m.-midnight and weekends from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., for a total of 40 live hours per week.  The channel also features additional hours of favorite weekly shows from the main channel, an expanded assortment of brands and discoveries, and a new “deal of the day” — The QVC2™ Big Deal. QVC2 is designed to be our new destination for customers to find more of what they love at QVC.
