Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian Invites QVC Live Crew to his Restaurant Kitchen

September 16, 2019: For the first time, Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian recently invited a live TV crew into the kitchen of one of his NYC restaurants during its staple brunch service. While chefs seared steaks and whisked eggs for hungry restaurant-goers at the chef’s famed eatery, The Lambs Club, Geoffrey was live on QVC presenting some of his newest products to customers.

“Geoffrey considers his restaurant kitchens equal to his home, so having QVC be part of the brunch service was like Geoffrey inviting them into his home,” said Margaret Zakarian, Geoffrey’s wife and president of their business, Zakarian Hospitality.

Alongside QVC Program Host Stacy Stauffer, Geoffrey explained to customers how he often takes his latest products, including his new cast-iron nonstick skillets and Dutch oven, to be tested right in his restaurant kitchens.

“It was so refreshing to see Geoffrey Zakarian cook and use his own products just like we all would in our own kitchens,” said Stacey Stauffer.

In addition to his cookware, Geoffrey also presented his new cookbook, Cast Iron Cooking: The Dutch Oven, and his olive oil which comes from a fifth-generation family vineyard in Greece.

“We are always searching the world for the best possible ingredients we can find,” said Zakarian. “We’re excited to offer them to the QVC customer in this line.”
