QVC’s mobile e-commerce leadership continues to receive national recognition with two prestigious awards.
Demonstrating our ability to provide customer service excellence across all digital platforms, QVC ranked #2 in Customer Satisfaction for Web among mass merchants within the ForSee Customer Experience Index.
The rankings are based on an annual study of multichannel retail touch points based on 40,000 consumer surveys gathered for the top 100 retail websites, top 30 retail chain stores and top 30 mobile experiences.
