Stevie® Awards Recognize QVC for Customer Service Excellence
On March 4, QVC was recognized alongside other finalists at the Stevie® Awards gala ceremony in Las Vegas. QVC was awarded gold in the Contact Center of the Year category and silver for the e-Commerce Customer Service category.
Created in 2002, the Stevie® Awards honors and generates public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.

In 2015, we rolled out a newly redesigned community enabling customers to better connect with each other around a shared love for shopping, while our associates can monitor, react and respond.
This is the second time QVC has been recognized by this awards program. Last year, QVC received a silver award in the e-Commerce Customer Service category and a bronze in the Contact Center of the Year category for the 2015 Stevie Awards for Customer Service.
