Happiness is...the Peanuts Gang on QVC!
WEST CHESTER, Pa. (October 27, 2015) — Good grief, Charlie Brown! For the first time in history, the Peanuts gang is making its big-screen debut in state-of-the-art, 3D animation, only in theaters on November 6. In honor of the highly anticipated film, QVC is celebrating the return of the beloved characters with a specially curated collection scheduled to debut during the “QVC Celebrates The Peanuts Movie” broadcast on Friday, October 30 at 11 AM (ET).
“From comic strip staples to stars of the cinema, the characters created by Charles Schulz have cemented their spots in pop culture history,” said Doug Rose, Senior Vice President of Brand and Communications for QVC. “We are excited to welcome members of the Peanuts family to QVC to celebrate the new movie and offer viewers the chance to experience the magic of the Peanuts across all generations.”
The specially created Peanuts assortment is sure to please fans of all ages with products ranging from soft and velvety blankets and throws to a Snoopy plush toy that dances to and fro. As an additional treat for viewers, the actors voicing Linus, Peppermint Patty, Pigpen and Schroeder are scheduled to make a special appearance during the hour-long broadcast to answer questions and share their experiences as the voices behind these legendary characters.
