Once Again, QVC Customer Service Wins Prestigious Stevie Awards

For the third year in a row, QVC’s U.S. Customer Services have been recognized by the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, with a gold in the e-Commerce Customer Service Award category and a silver for Customer Service Department of the Year for Retail.

The Stevie Awards are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. In this year’s U.S. competition, more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated.

QVC continues to enhance its shopping experience to build relationships across platforms and exceed customer expectations. In 2016, QVC introduced a new a monthly e-statement, providing each customer with a quick glance of their transactional history and helpful notifications and reminders such as account balances, expiring credit cards, upcoming ship dates, refunds processed and more. In addition, QVC introduced various features to enhance customers’ web experience, such as an opt-in to receive text message updates on their order including shipping and returns.
